1. Is Ellaine Carr authorized to submit immigration US applications? Is Ellaine Carr authorized to practice US immigration law outside of New York?

Yes, Ellaine A. Carr is authorized to practice US immigration laws in NY and outside of NY. Immigration law is governed by a federal
law which allows any licensed US attorney to practice it anywhere in the US. Ellaine Carr is member in good standing of the New York
bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also a lifetime member of the Philippine Integrated Bar
Association. In Texas, Ellaine Carr only accepts and handles US immigration cases. In New York and the Philippines, Ellaine Carr
handles all types of cases.

2. What type of immigration cases does your law office handle?

We handle all types of immigration cases from family petitions to removal defense and asylum cases. Ellaine Carr is also experienced in
business and employment visa applications such as H-1B, H-2B, J-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, E-2, investor visa, O, and religious visas.

3. How long has Ellaine Carr been practicing immigration law?

Ellaine Carr has dedicated her practice of law in providing quality and affordable immigration services since 2009.

4. Do you offer payment plans for your lawyer fees?

Our payment plan is simple. 50% upon signing of retainer agreement and the balance shall be paid prior to submission of immigration
application. We do not offer monthly payment plan at the moment. Client will pay for courier services and filing fees separately. You
can pay using paypal or by mail.

5. How do I schedule an appointment with Ellaine Carr?

Please send an email to ec@ecarrlaw.com. Please provide your full name, address and contact number. Please give a brief detail of
your immigration inquiry. You may opt for in person, phone or skype consultation.

6. Does Ellaine Carr charge for consultation?

Yes, Ellaine Carr charges $100 for consultation. If you decide to hire her, you will be given a $100 credit towards your lawyer’s fees.

7. Do you offer refunds?

We make our decision based on the time and amount of work spent on your case. Filing fees for applications not submitted will be
refunded to our client.

8. Does Ellaine Carr guarantee success of your application?

No. Ellaine Carr does not guarantee success of your application. She guarantees she will do her best to give your application the best chance
of getting approved.

9. Can Ellaine Carr guarantee the time of approval or decision of your application?

No. Ellaine Carr cannot guarantee the time a client receives a decision on her application. Ellaine Carr can give an estimation of the
processing time.

10. Do I pay for copies of my file?

Yes, we will require a small amount of fee for electronic file and $0.25 per page for hard copy. We also bill for postage in mailing the copy
to you.

If you wish to request for a copy of your file, we charge $150 for electronic file. Please email ec@ecarrlaw.com to make this request.

11. What are your lawyer’s fees?
These fees do not include the filing fees and courier fees.
